CRESTVIEW – Lawmen charged a man with contempt after he called a woman in violation of an injunction.
On March 14 the man, 27-year-old Desmus T. McTear of Crestview, is said to have called a woman whom he had been told to stay away from. Crestview Police say the woman identified McTear by his voice.
He said, “You dumb ass bitch.”
In all, McTear called four times, police say.
His contempt of court charge was a felony. He has a May 13 court date.
