CRESTVIEW -- A 21-year-old Crestview man was charged with disorderly intoxication after walking to the beer section of Pic-N-Save and falling to the ground, according to his Crestview Police Department arrest report.
The man then went to the stock room and attempted to obtain a "Four Loco" alcoholic beverage. A store employee told the man the stock room was not open to the public. The suspect was intoxicated and slurring his words, according to the report.
When the officer arrived, he noted that the suspect appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. When he asked the defendent whether or not he was intoxicated, the man said, "Ya. I had a good night last night."
He told the officer he'd locked his keys in the car. The officer could see multiple Four Loco cans inside the vehicle, as well as what appeared to be an open can net to the driver's seat.
