FORT WALTON BEACH - A 17-year-old boy was arrested after he became enraged at his mother, pushed her several times, and punched her computer keyboard so hard it broke.
The woman told Fort Walton Beach she went into her son's room to ask him to finish his chores and he became angry and shoved her several times, screaming at her to leave his room. He also punched her computer keyboard.
The woman said her son is mentally unstable and becomes highly upset over minor issues. He is taking medication for his disorder, and was removed from his father's residence for the same domestic violence issues.
He was charged with misdemeanor battery.
