OKALOOSA ISLAND — The woman killed in the rollover wreck on U.S. Highway 98 early Sunday morning was Tracy Lynn Louks, a 36-year-old from Santa Rosa Beach, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Louks died after she and Lesie Hornback, the driver, were thrown from their SUV as it overturned on Okaloosa Island about 4 a.m.
Neither was wearing a seatbelt, according to the FHP.
Hornback suffered traumatic injuries, including the loss of a limb, and was in critical condition at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola Monday morning, according to hospital officials.
The wreck was not alcohol-related, according to the FHP.
Charges are pending further investigation.
