NICEVILLE - Northwest Florida State College President Ty Handy will not be the new president of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College.
F. Lynn Moore, the vice president of student development and administrative services at Umpqua Community College in Oregon, was announced as the new president Thursday.
Handy was one of three finalists for the position. He has been president of NWF State since June 2010.
