NAVARRE - The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting into a home on Brighton Oaks Boulevard on Sunday night.
Calls reporting three to six shots heard near State Road 399 and Andorra Street came in early Sunday, the Sheriff's Office reported. About 1:30 a.m., residents at the home on Brighton Oaks reported a broken window.
Deputies found a broken window pane, a hole in the screen and a bullet in a bedroom wall. The bullet was only a few feet from where a resident had been sleeping, the Sheriff's Office reported.
