We have been visiting Destin for the past four years. Why do we see dog waste everywhere? Is there not a law to stoop and scoop (no posted signs are visible)? Do owners not care?
Dog waste is a public health hazard, takes the pleasure out of outdoor activities and pollutes the environment!
